We were without funds to purchase lunch for 100 students on the last day of our Spring Break Academy. Dr. Butler came to our rescue and purchased pizza. Our students were ecstatic…and very grateful. Dr. Butler’s donation is one example of how she supports me and my students. #partnersforthisjourney
“We engaged in a book study (the principal 50), and used that to discuss all aspects of the school. the most valuable aspects: topics were timely & personalized to my needs, i remained on campus, quickly built a great rapport, engaged in professional dialogue that helped me reflect in a more structured way, discussions went beyond performance data, time to celebrate what was going well, analyzed the current systems that exist in the school.”
“Dr. Butler gave me a book the principal 50 which i read certain chapters before she came. We reflected on the chapters and discussed ideas and best practices. Dr. Butler did learning walks and shared suggestions and and gave feedback on the classroom environment and instruction. we also looked at student work samples in the classroom Dr. Butler shared many ideas of things she felt were very beneficial and instrumental to her success as a leader. We looked at the upcoming years budget and also discussed title 1 funds.”
